Does CHINTAI sell trips, tours or flights?
No. We are an editorial travel guide. The flight search on the home page is a placeholder for a future partner tool, and any booking always happens with the airline or provider directly.
How do you choose the places you write about?
A place makes it in when we can say something specific about it that a traveler can actually use. That usually means time on the ground, a season worth naming, and a reason to go beyond the obvious stop.
Are your recommendations paid or sponsored?
No. We do not accept payment for placement in articles. If that ever changes for a specific piece, it will be labelled clearly at the top of that piece.
Something in a guide is out of date. What should I do?
Tell us. Places close, routes change and seasons shift. Send the article name and what you found on the ground and we will check it and update the piece.
Can I use your photos or text?
Our written articles are copyright CHINTAI TRAVEL LLC. Photography is licensed from third parties and public collections, so please do not reuse it from here. Short quotes with a link back are always welcome.
Do you have a newsletter?
Yes, one email when there is something worth sending, usually a few times a month. You can sign up in the footer of any page.
